  • All payments for subscriptions and wallet top-ups are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
  • Tax (GST) may be applicable as per Indian government regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of API Hub or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall API Hub be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
