Refunds & Cancellations

At API Hub, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your active subscription at any time through your user dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Auto-Renewal: If auto-renewal is enabled, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide digital services and APIs with free trial options, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been used. However, we consider refunds in the following specific cases:

  • Technical Failure: If our platform experiences a prolonged outage (exceeding 48 hours) that prevents you from using your paid subscription.
  • Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
  • Unused Wallet Balance: Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. However, if you wish to close your account, you may request a refund for an unused balance exceeding ₹500, subject to a 10% processing fee.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for API calls already made.
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 48 hours.
  • Promotional or bonus credits added to the wallet.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at tamilselvampersonal@gmail.com with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension of your account and all associated API access.
